How could I persuade my parents to buy me a Cricut Expression?

I am a 14-year-old girl that really wants a Cricut Expression. They're "fun, easy, and fast." One of my friends has one and she really, really likes hers, and I'm always trying to find ways to be more creative. They cost a bunch. Which is about 400 dollars including S&H, and 400 dollars isn't anything to play with. Please help.
